Ghairat aur Shariyat: Islami Taalimat aur Usool ka Tajziya

 Hazrat mughira bin shu'ba رضي الله أن se riwayat hai ke hazrat saad bin ubadah رضي الله أن ne kaha: Agar me apni biwi ke sath kisi gair mard ko dekhu, to me talwar ke sath Bina kisi jhijhak ke use maar dalunga. Ye baat jub nabi ï·º tak pohchi to aap ne farmaya: kya tum saad ki ghairat par tajjub karte ho? Main saad se zyada ghairat wala hun, aur Allah mujhse bhi zyada ghairat-mand hai.

Ye hadees Ghairat ke jazbe, Shariyat ke Usool, aur insan ke jazbaat ke darmiyan Talluk ko wazeh karti hai. 

(Ghairat:)

Islam insan ke jazbaat ki kadar-dani karta hai, Ghairat insan ki izzat aur iffah ki hifazat ka fitri jazba hai. 

Hazrat bin ubadah رضي ne apni izzat aur ghairat ke jazbe ka izhar kiya. 

Nabi ï·º ne unki ghairat ko tasleem karte huwe wazeh kiya ke, aap ï·º khud bhi Ghairat wale hai. Aur Allah aap ï·º se bhi zyada ghairat-mand hai. 

(Allah ï·» ki ghairat)

  • Allah ï·» ki ghairat is baat par hai ke uske bande gunah aur na-farmani kare, khas'kar Be-Hayai badkari.
  • Nabi ï·º ka ye bayan is baat ki taraf Ishara karta hai ke insan ki ghairat ka asal muqaam Allah ï·» ki Raza aur shariyat ke hudood me hai. 
(Saad bin ubadah ka Bayan)
  • Saad bin ubadah رضي ansaar ke bade sahabi the aur apni ghairat ke liye bohot mashhoor the. 
  • Unka matlab ye tha ke wo apni izzat aur iffah par kisi kism ka samjhota karne ke liye tayar nahi. 

Ye waqiya us waqt ka hai jub Madina me islami muashrati nizaam mazbut ho raha tha. Aur logo ko Deen Islam ki akhlaqi aur samaaji taleem di ja rahi thi. 
Arab muashre me ghairat ek Aiham anasir tha, lekin Islam ne is jazbe ko aitedal aur insaf ke dayre me rakha. 

Is hadees me jo baat bayan ki gai hai wo khaas is surat-e-haal ke bare me hai jub koi shohar apni biwi ko kisi ghar mard ke sath aisi halat me dekhe jo Be-Hayai ya badkari par mabni ho. 

Ye sirf shak ya qayas par mabni nahi, balke wazeh mushahida ki baat ho Rahi hai. 

(Shariyat)
  • Islam ne jazbati Rad-e-amal ko qaabu me rakhne aur insaf ke takazo ko pura karne ke liye khaas usool wazeh kiye hai. 
  • Agar shohar apni biwi par badkari ka ilzaam lagata hai lekin gawah faraham nahi kar sakta. To aisi surat me Allah ï·» ne surah Noor 6-9 me lian ka tarika bayan kiya hai. Lian ka matlab hai shohar aur biwi dono Hi Allah ke samne Qasme kha kar apni be-gunahi ya sachchai ka dawa kare. 
Note: 
Ghairat ek fitri aur pasandida jazba hai , lekin ise shariyat ke hudood ke mutabik qabu me rakhna zaruri hai. 
Kisi bhi ilzam ya iqdam ke liye Quran aur hadees ke mutabik amal karna insaaf aur aitedal ko yaqeen banata hai. 
Allah ï·» ki ghairat ka Matlab ye hai ke insano ki izzat aur iffah ki hifazat ki jaye aur be-hayai, badkari, buraiyo se bacha jaye. 
Shohar ya kisi bhi shaks ko apne jazba-e-ghairat par amal karne se pehle shariyat ke usoolo ko mad-e-nazar rakha jaye.
