Qayamat Ki Nishani: Amanat-Dari Aur Na-Ahal Logon Ko Zimmedariyan Dena – Sahih Bukhari 59

 Hazrat Abu huraira رضی اللہ عنہ se riwaya hai ke ek din nabi ﷺ logo se guftagu farma rahe the ke ek dihati aya aur Qayamat ke bare me sawal kiya. 

"Qayamat Kab Ayegi?"

Nabi ﷺ ne baat Jari rakhi aur dihati ke sawal ka foran jawab na diya majlis me moujood logo ne kaha:

  • Aap ne uska sawal sun liya lekin pasand nahi farmaya.
  • Aur baaz ne kaha: aap ne shayad sawal hi nahi suna. 
Jub aap ﷺ apni baat mukammal kar chuke to farmaya: "Qayamat ke bare me sawal karne wala kahan hai?"
Dihati ne kaha: main hazir hun ya Rasool Allah ﷺ.
Nabi ﷺ ne farmaya: jub amanat-dari khatam ho jaye, to Qayamat ka intezar karna. 
Dihati ne sawal kiya: Amanat-dari khatam hone ka kya matlab hai?
Aap ﷺ ne farmaya: jub mamlaat na-ahal logo ke supurd kar diye jayen, to Qayamat ka intezar karna.

Is hadees me Nabi-e-Kareem ﷺ ne Qayamat ki ek badi nishani batai hai ke jub muashre me amanat-dari khatam ho jaygi aur na-ahal logo ko aiham zimmedariyan Di jayngi to ye Qayamat ki Alamat hogi. 

Allah ﷻ ne farmaya: beshak Allah tumhe huqum deta hai ke amanate unke haqdaro ko ada karo, aur jub logo ke darmiyan faisla karo to insaaf ke sath karo. 
(Surah Nisa 58)
Yahan Allah ﷻ ne apna wazeh huqum diya hai ke har musalman ko apni zindagi me amanat-dari aur insaaf ke usoolo ko apnana chahiye. 
Amanat ka matlab sirf maali nahi balke har wo zimmedari, haq ya trust jo kisi ne kisi par dala ho. Jub bhi kisi ke paas kisi ki amanat ho to usko uske haqdar tak pohchana farz hai. Chahe wo Huqumati zimmedari ho ya kisi ka personal haq, har jagah Amanat-dari ka takaza hai. 


Allah ﷻ ne farmaya: aur wo jo apni amanato aur wado ka khyal rakhte hai. 
(Surah Mominoon 8)




Amanat-dari sirf maali mamlaat tak mehdood nahi hai balke:
(1) Huqumati zimmedari, (2) ilm ka sahi istimaal, (3) deen ki tableeg aur uske usoolo ki zimmedari, (4) awaam ke huqooq ki pasdari, sab isme shamil hai. 

Sheikh Ibn Uthaymeen رحمہ اللہ farmate hain:
Jub mamlaat un logo ko diye jaye jo uske ahal nahi hai, to ye khayanat hai. Ye Alamat muashrati bigaad aur deen se doori ki taraf ishara karti hai. 


Allama Ibn Qayyim رحمہ اللہ ne farmaya ke:
Amanat-dari khatam hone ki bunyadi wajah imaan ki kamzori aur duniavi khwahishaat ki ghalibiyat hai. 

Imam Nawawi رحمہ اللہ ne kaha:
Ye nishani Qayamat ke kareeb zahir hogi jub muashra deen se door ho jayga aur duniavi mafadat ke liye deen ke usoolo ko Nazar-Andaaz kiya jayga. 


Note:

  1. Har musalman ko apni zimmedariyon ko dayanat-daari se ada karna chahiye, chahe wo maali mamlaat ho, Huqumati Odhe ho, ya zaati tallukat. 
  2. Huqumati mamlaat aur dusri aiham zimmedariyan un logo ko supurd karni chahiye jo unke ahal ho, na-ahal logo ko odha dena mushare me bigad aur zulm ka sabab banta hai. 
  3. Ye hadees musalmano ko Qayamat ke kareeb hone wali nishaniyo ke liye khabardar karti hai. Aur neki aur dayanat-daari par Qayam rehni ki takeed karti hai.
