Nabi ï·º ne farmaya: beshak Deen asan hai aur jo shaks Deen me sakhti ikhtiyar karega to Deen ispar galib aa jayga, (aur uski sakhti na chal sakegi) par (is liye) apne amaal me pukhtagi ikhtiyar karo aur jaha tak mumkin ho miyana rawi karo aur khush ho jao (ke is tarz-e-Amal se tumko darain ke dawai hasil honge) aur subha, aur dopehar, aur sham aur Kisi kadar raat me ibadat se madad Hasil karo.

Is hadees ko 4 hisso me samjha ja sakta hai.

Deen Ki Aasaniyat:
Nabi ï·º ne farmaya: beshak Deen Aasan hai, aur ye baat Qur'an se bhi sabit hoti hai.
Allah ï·» ne farmaya: Allah tumhare sath Aasani ka iraada rakhta hai, sakhti ka nahi.
(Surah Al-Baqarah 185)
Islam me ibadat aur farz ada karne me Asani ki kafi misale hai.
- Jaise namaz ke liye wuzu ki sahulat na ho to tayammum ki ijazat hai.
- Safar aur bimari me roze ki kaza.

Deen Me Sakhti Se Ijtinab:
Hadees me farmaya gaya hai jo shaks Deen me sakhti ikhtiyar karega, to Deen us par galib Aa jayga.
Allah ï·» ne farmaya: Allah kisi jaan par uski Takat se zyada Bojh nahi Dalta.
(Surah Al-Baqarah 286)
Hazrat Ayesha رضي farmati hai: Jub bhi nabi ﷺ ko 2 kamo mese ek ka intikhab karna hota to aap ﷺ Aasaan kaam ko pasand farmate, ba-sharte ke usme gunah ka koi pehlu na ho.

Miyana Rawi Aur Pukhtagi:
Nabi ï·º ne miyana rawi ki targeeb di.
Allah ï·» ne farmaya: Aur isi tarah hamne tumhe ek darmiyani ummat banaya.
(Surah Al-Baqarah 143)
Amal me miyana rawi ka matlab hai ibadat aur dunia ke kamo me balance banaye rakhna.
Nabi ï·º ne farmaya: darmiyani chaal ikhtiyar karo aur buland parwazi na karo Aur amal karte raho, tum mese kisi ka amal use jannat me dakhil nahi kar sakega, mere nazdeek sabse pasandida amal wo hai jo hamesha kiya jaye, khwah kam hi kyu na ho.

Namaz aur ibadat se madad Hasil karna:
Hadees me subha , dopehar, sham ki ibadat ka zikr hai, iski tafseer me 5 waqt ki namaz ka zikr bhi ata hai.
Allah ï·» ne farmaya: sabr aur namaz ke zariye madad Hasil Karo.
(Surah Al-Baqarah 45)
Namaz insan ki ruhani aur jismani tarbiyat ka zariya hai aur Allah ke kareeb karti hai.
NOTE:
Is hadees aur iski wazahat se ye baat samajh me ati hai ke Islam ek asaan aur miyana rawi par mabni Deen hai. Ibadat me miyana rawi, mustaqil mizaji aur sakhti se Ijtinab karne ki taleem di gai hai. Deen ki Aasani ko Apnate huwe, zindagi me dunia aur Deen ke muamlat me balance paida kiya jaye.
Ye talimaat na sirf insan ki ruhani tarakki ka zariya hai, balke dunia ke sukoon aur Akhirat ki kamyabi ka Rasta bhi hai.
