Islam ke mutabik ahl-o-ayal:

Islam ke mutabik ahl-o-ayal un logo ko kehte hai jinki kafalat aur maali zarurte puri karna mard ki sharai zimmedari hai. Isme kon log shamil hote hai ye hum shariyat se samajhne ki koshish karete hai.


1. Biwi:

Biwi par kharch shohar ke upar farz hai, fir chahe biwi ameer ho ya gareeb.

Allah ï·» ne farmaya: aur maaon ka khana aur libaas maruf tarike se baap ki zimmedari hai.

Surah Al-Baqarah 233

Isse saf pata chalta hai ke shohar par biwi ka kharch karna lazim hai.


2. Bache:

Aulad ki kafalat khorak, libaas, talim wagaira baap ki zimmedari hai, jabtak wo apni zarurate khud puri karne ke kabil na ho jaye.

Allah ï·» ne farmaya: apni auladko rizk ki tangi ke dar se qatl na karo, hum tumhe bhi rizk dete hai aur unhe bhi rizk dete hai.

Is ayat se pata chalta hai ke Aulad ki kafalat ki zimmedari bhi baap ki hi hoti hai, jub tak aulad apni zarurat khud puri na karne lage tab tak unki parwarish karne wale ko Allah ï·» unke zariye ka bhi rizk deta hai.


3. Walidain:

Agar walidain buzurg hai ya apne kharche uthane ke kabil nahi hai, to unki kafalat ki zimmedari unki aulad ki hai.

Allah ï·» ne farmaya: aur tumhare Rub ne faisla kar diya hai ke usi ki ibadat Karo aur walidain ke sath acha sulook karo.

4. Rishtedar:

Agar koi karibi rishtedar jaise behan, bhai, ya chacha garib ho aur apne zarurate puri na kar sakta ho, to mard par lazim hai ke wo unki madad kare, agar wo iski takat rakhta ho.

Allah ï·» ne farmaya: aur karibi rishtedar, miskin aur musafiron ko unka haq do.

Kharch Ka Mayar:

Karch motadil hona chahiye, na bohot zyada na bohot Kam, fizul kharch aur kanjusi se bachna chahiye, 

Allah ï·» ne farmaya: aur wo log jo kharch karte hai, to na fizul kharchi karte hai aur na kanjusi, balke unka kharch in dono ke darmiyan motadil hota hai.

Surah Al-Furqan 67


Kharch Ka Usool:

Nabi ï·º ne farmaya: sabse pehle apni zaat par kharch karo, agar bach jaye to ahl-o-ayal par kharch karo, fir agar bach jaye to apne karibi rishtedaro par kharch karo.

Shohar Apni Kamai Ka kitna Hissa Biwi Ko De?

1. Shohar ki zimmedari:

Allah ï·» ne farmaya: mard aurto par Qayam hai is wajah se ke Allah ne unhe ek dusre par fazilat di hai, aur is wajah se ke mard apna maal kharch karte hai.

Is ayat se pata chalta hai ke shohar ka biwi par kharch karna aur uske zariye jo Allah aulad deta hai us par bhi kharch karna lazmi hai, kharch me nafaq, koharak, libaas, rihaish aur dusri chize bhi shamil hoti hai magar jayaz.


2. Biwi ke huquk aur shohar ka rawaya:

Nabi ï·º ne farmaya: tum me sabse behtreen wo hai jo apne ghar walo ke sath acha sulook kare, aur me tum me apne ghar walo ke sath behtreen hun.

Is hadees se pata chalta hai ke shohar ko chahiye ke wo apni biwi ke sath husn-e-sulook kare aur uska behtar tarike se khyal rakhe, lekin iska ye matlab bhi nahi ke uski biwi Allah ke Deen ke khilaaf kam kare aur Shohar usme bhi uska sath de. Balke shohar aur biwi dono ko hi quran or Sunnat ke mutabik zindagi jini chahiye aur ek dusre ki har galat kadam par islah karni chahiye.


3. Kamai ka kitna hissa Biwi ko Dena Chahiye?

Islam me ye kahi par bhi nahi hai ke shohar apni kamai ka kitna hissa Biwi ko de, aur kitna na de. Lekin biwi aur bacho ki zarurate puri karna uski buniyadi zimmedari hai, agar biwi ki zarurate puri ho rahi hai aur apni taraf se shohar koi izafi kharch kar raha hai to ye behtreen hai.

Nabi ï·º ne farmaya: jub insan apni ahl-o-ayal par kharch karta hai, aur kharch karne ka maqsad Allah ï·» ki Raza ho to ye amal uske liye Sadqa hai.

4. Biwi ko kamai dene se maal me barkat?

Upar hum bata chuke hai ke kamai ka hissa kitna biwi ko dena chahiye kitna nahi iska zikr Islam me nahi hai, lekin kharch karne zarurate puri karne ka zikr wazeh hai, jaisa ke hadees me hai.

Nabi ï·º ne farmaya: kharch me sabse afzal wo hai jo tum apne ahl-o-ayal par kharch karte ho.

Sahih Muslim 2311/INT 995

Jab shohar apne biwi bacho par Allah ki Raza ke liye kharch karta hai to uske maal me bhi barkat hoti hai kyu ke wo kharch sadqa kehlata hai, aur sadqa maal me barkat ki wajah banta hai aur Allah ï·» ke yahan bhi iska ajar bohot Azeem hai.


Maal me barkat ke liye Quran aur sunnat me dusre amal moujood hai:

1.Allah ï·» ne farmaya: jo Allah se darta hai Allah uske liye rasta nikal deta hai aur usko wahan se rizk deta hai jahan se usko guman bhi nahi hota.

2. Sadqa aur Zakat.

Allah ï·» ne farmaya: misal un logo ki hai jo Allah ke raste me kharch karte hai, us daane jaisi hai jo 7 baaliyan ugatahai aur har baali me 100 dane hote hai aur Allah jiske liye chahta hai isse bhi zyada aur badha deta hai.

Surah Al-Baqarah 261

3. Halal kamai.

Nabi ï·º ne farmaya: jisne pakiza halal kamai se koi sadqa kiya to Allah ï·» uske sadqe ko apni hatheli me rakh leta hai usko palta posta hai bada karta hai jaise koi oonthni ya ghodi ke bache ko palte poste bada karete ho, Yahan tak ke wo sadqa bade pahad ki tarah ho jata hai.

4. Subha ke Waqt Rizk talashna.

Nabi ï·º ne dua ki ke Aiye Allah ï·» meri Ummat ke liye Subha ke Waqt me Barkat Ata farma.

NOTE:

Shohar par lazim hai ke wo apne biwi bacho ke kharch ka ahtimam kare.

Maal aur karobar me barkat ke liye Taqwa, Sadqa, Zakat, Halal kamai, aur subha ke waqt ki mehnat zaruri hai.

Jub shohar biwi ko apni kamai ka hissa deta hai, ya uspar kharch karta hai to ye sadqe me shumar hota hai aur Maal me barkat ka sabab Banta hai.

Allah ï·» hame in Talimaat par Amal karne ki taufiq Ata farmaye Ameen.
