Main hazrat ali رضي ki madad ke liye chala, raste me mujhe abu bakarah mile, pucha kahan jate ho? Mene kaha hazrat ali رضي ki madad ke liye jata hun. Abu Bakarah ne kaha apne ghar lot jao. Maine nabi ﷺ se suna hai aap farmate the jub 2 musalman apni apni talware lekar bhid jaye, to kaatil aur maktool dono jahannami hai, maine arz kiya Allah ke rasool ﷺ kaatil ko Jahannam zaruri hai, lekin maktool ko kyu? Farmaya: wo bhi apne sathi ko maar dalne ki hiras rakhta tha, moka pata to wo use zarur katal kar deta. Is wajah se wo bhi jahannami hai.

Is hadees ko samajhne ke liye iska pas-e-manzar dekhna bohot zaruri hai.
Allah ï·» ne farmaya: jo shaks kisi momin ko janbujh kar katl kare, uski saza jahannam hai, jisme wo hamesha rahega.
(Surah nisa 93)
Is ayat se wazeh hota hai ke katal bohot bada gunah hai, aur iski saza jahannam hai.
Nabi ï·º ne farmaya: kisi musalman ka khoon bahana jayaz nahi siwaye 3 surto ke. 1. shadi-shuda ho kar zina karne wala. 2. Kisi ki jaan lene wala. 3. Islam se nikal jane wala.

Is hadees se ye wazeh hota hai ke kisi musalman ki jaan lena tab tak haram hai. Jub tak wo kisi aise amaal ko anjam na dede. Jo Islam ke kanoon ke usool ke khilaaf hai. Ye hadees insani insaaf aur Islam ke kanoon ko wazeh karti hai.
Nabi ï·º ne farmaya: tum apas me Hasad na karo, bugz na karo, aur kata-talluk na karo. Allah ke bande aur apas me bhai-bhai ban jao.
(Sahih Muslim 6541/ int 2564)
Is hadees se malum hota hai ke musalmano ke darmiyan Hasad, bughz aur kata-talluk ki bilkul gunjaish nahi hai. Apas me ek dusre ke liye mohabbat aur izzat ka jazba rakho.
Ab is hadees ke pas-e-manzar pe roshni dalte hai:
Is hadees ka pas-e-manzar islami tarikh ke ek aham aur nazuk dor se juda hua hai. Jisne musalmano ke darmiyan ikhtilaf shiddat ikhtiyar kar gaye the aur baaz auqaat in ikhtilafat ne khana jungi ki soorat ikhtiyar kar li thi.
Nabi ﷺ ki wafat ke baad khilafat-e-Rashida ke dor me musalman ek mazbut ummat ke tor par ubhre, magar hazrat usman رضي الله أن ki shahadat ke baad ummat me shadeed ikhtilaf paida ho gaya.
Hazrat Ali رضي ki khilafat me jamal aur siffin jaise waqiyat pesha aye, jahan musalmano ke do giroh amne samne ho gaye, in jungo ke wajah siyasat ikhtilaf aur kharji anasir ka amal shamil tha.
Ye hadees inhi waqiyat ke tanazur me musalmano ko nasihat karti hai, ke apas me qatal aur khoonrezi se bache, aur ikhtilafat ko pur-aman se hal karen.
- Is hadees ka maqsad musalman ko qatl-o-garat se rokna hai.
- Hadees me bataya gaya hai ke maktool bhi jahannami ho sakta hai agar uske dil me dusre musalman ko qatl karne ka pukhta irada tha.
- Iska matlab ye hai ke Allah ï·» niyat ko dekhta hai, aur agar koi bura amal anjam dene ki niyat rakhe, to wo bhi gunahgar thehrta hai, chahe wo us amal ko anjam na de.
Hazrat Abu Bakarah ka mashwara:رضي أن
Hazrat Abu Bakarah ne jub dekha ke ek shaks hazrat ali رضي ki madad ke liye ja raha hai. ( Mumkin hai ke ye jung-e-jamal ya siffin ke waqt ka waqia ho) To unhone us shaks ko ye hadees yad dilai, aur samjhaya ke ladai me shamil hone ke bajaye ghar lot jana behtar hai.
Unka ye mashwara hadees par mabni tha jisme wazeh tor par musalmano ke darmiyan qatal ki mazammat ki gai hai.
Note:
ye hadees un halaato ke liye Aham sabak hai jub musalman ikhtilaf ki wajah se ladai, jhagdo aur khana jungi me mubtala ho jaye.
Nabi ï·º ne ummat ko is tarah ki surat-e-haal se khabardar kiya aur ittehad, Sulah aur pur-aman rehne ki taleem di.
Ye hadees hame sikhati hai ke ikhtilaf ko kabhi bhi Tashaddud aur qatal tak nahi le jana chahiye. Kyu ke ye amal dunia me fitna paida karta hai. Aur Akhirat me shadeed azaab ka sabab Banta hai.
