Kisto par cheez kharidna ya maal lena shariyat ke usool aur Qur'an-o-sunnat ki roshni me ek aham masla hai. Is masle ko samajhne ke liye pehle ye samajhna zaruri hai ke shariyat ne tijarat ke liye kuch aise usool aur hidayat di hai jo insaf, transparency aur faiz ko buniyad banate hai.
Kishto par cheez kharidna jayaz hai agar isme sharai usoolo ka khyal rakha jaye aur haram chizo se bacha jaye.
Allah ï·» ne farmaya: aur nap tol me kami na karo, aur logo ko unka maal kam karke mat do, aur zameen me fasad mat failao.
(Surah shura 181-183)
Iska matlab hai kisto par cheez tab jayaz hai jub maal ki mukammal asal kimat aur kisto ki tadad aur waqt wazeh ho, agar bechne wala ya kharidne wala kimat ya kishto me dhoka deta hai, to ye nap tol ke kami ke dayre me ata hai, aur haram hai.
Allah ï·» ne farmaya: jo log sood khate hai, wo Qayamat ke din us shaks ki tarah uthenge, jise shaitan ne chhu kar diwana bana diya ho.
(Surah Al-Baqarah 275)
Agar kishto par cheez kharidte waqt asal kimat se zyada sirf waqt ki buniyad par li jaye (yani der se adaigi ki wajah se zyada rakam li jaye) to ye sood me shami loga aur haram hai.
Kisto par cheez tab jayaz hai jub maal, ya cheez ka malik foran badal jaye, yani kharidne wala us maal ya us cheez ka malik ban jaye, chahe abi usne kiste puri na ki ho.
Kishto par kharidna kab Haram hota hai?
- Agar maal ya paise ya cheez par kishto ki wajah se zyada pase liye jaye, to ye haram hai.
- Jub mukammal kimat ya kisto ka system confusing ho ya isme dhoka diya jaye.
- Haram chizo ki tijarat ( sharab , suwar ka gosht ya dusri haram chize) kisi bhi surat me jayaz nahi.
- Jub bechne wala kisto ke nizam ka galat istemal kare aur kharidne wale ka nuksan kare.
NOTE:
Kishto par kharidari tab jayaz hai jub isme sood shamil na ho, sharte wazeh ho, aur sharai usoolo ka khyal rakha gaya ho, har musalman ko apne maaliyati muamlat me haram aur halal ka khyal rakhna chahiye, kyu ke ye akhirat ki kamyabi ka sabab banega.
