Ghulamon Ke Huqooq aur Islam Ka Dars – Hadith Ka Tafsili Bayan

 Mai abu zar se rabza me Mila, wo ek joda pehle huwe the aur unka gulam bhi joda pehne huwe tha. Maine iska sabab daryaft kiya to keh e lage ke maine ek gulam ko bura bhala kaha tha aur uski maa ki gairat dilai yani (gaali di) to nabi ﷺ ne ye maloom karke mujhse farmaya: aye Abu zar' tune use maa ke naam se gairat dilai hai? Beshak tujhme abhi zamana-e-jahaliyat ka asar baki hai. (Yaad rakho) Mohtaj log tumhare bhai hai, Allah ne ( apni kisi maslihat ki bina par) unhe tumhare kabze me de rakha hai. To jiske mohtaj uska koi bhai hoto usko bhi wahi khilaye jo aap khata hai. Aur wahi kapda use pehnaye jo aap pehanta hai. Aur unhe itne kaam ki taklif na do ke unhe mushkil ho jaye. Aur agar koi sakht kaam dalo to tum khud bhi unki madad karo.

Ek Islamic-themed tasveer jo masawaat dikhati hai, jisme ek shakhs aur uska ghulam ek jaisa libaas pehne huye hain, jo Islam mein bhai charay aur insaaf ki misaal hai, aur background mein pur sukoon sehra ka manzar hai.

Ye hadees Islam ke us shandar usool ko Ujagar karti hai jo insaniyat, masawwat aur akhlaqiyat par mabni hai. Nabi ﷺ ne apne sahaba رضي ko na sirf gulamo ke huqooq yad karwaye balke unko is baat ki amali tarteeb di ke gulam ko ek bhai ki haisiyat se samjha jaye. 

Hazrat Abu zar' رضي الله أن ke bare me ye waqia bayan kiya gaya hai ke unhone apne gulam ko uski maa ke hawale se gaali di, is par nabi ﷺ ne unko tambi ki aur Farmaya: tumne use uski maa ke naam se gairat dilai? Yaqinan tumhare andar abhi jahalat ka asar baki hai. 

Nabi ﷺ ne is moke par na sirf akhlaqi dars diya balke amali hidayat bhi di. 

  1. Gulam ko wahi khilao jo tum khud khate ho. 
  2. Unhe wahi kapda pehnao jo tum khud pehante ho. 
  3. Un par kaam ka itna zyada bojh na dalo jo unki takat se zyada ho. 
  4. Agar unse sakht kaam karwana ho to tum khud bhi unki madad karo. 
Allah ﷻ ne farmaya: aur logo humne tumhe ek mard aur aurat se paida kiya, aur tumhe Qomo aur kabilo me takseem kiya take tum ek dusre ko pehchano, beshak Allah ke nazdeek tum me sabse izzat wala wo hai jo sabse zyada parhezgar hai.

(Surah hujurat 13)

Ye ayat Wazeh karti hai ke Islam me bartari ka mayar rang, nasal, ya samaji haisiyat nahi balke taqwa aur parhezgari hai.

Allah ﷻ ne farmaya: aur gulamo ko Azaad karna behtreen hai. (Surah balad 13)

Ye ayat gulamo ki azadi ki targeeb deti hai aur unke huqooq par zor deti hai. 


Nabi ﷺ ne apni zindagi me gulamo ke sath be-panah husn-e-sulook kiya. Jaise zaid bin haris رضي الله أن aur hazrat bilal رضي inke bare me zyadatar musalman jante hi hai. Ke ye gulam the aur inko nabi ﷺ kitni mohabbat karte the. 


Dor-e-jahaliyat me gulamo ke saath badtareen sulook kiya jata tha. Islam ne na sirf unke huqooq ki hifazat ki balke unki azadi ko ek neki karar diya. 

Note:

  1. Ye hadees aaj ke dor me bhi masawwat aur insani huqooq ka dars deti hai. Mohtajo, mulazimin aur mazduro ke sath bhi yahi usool apnaya jana chahiye. 
  2. Muashre me ameer aur Gareeb, aajir aur ajeer, sabko ek dusre ka bhai samajh kar husn-e-sulook karna chahiye. 
Islam ek aisa mazhab hai jo insaniyat ko bohot zyada tarjeeh deta hai. Gulamo aur mohatajo ke sath husn-e-sulook ka dars de kar Islam ne dunia ko akhlaqiyat ka dars diya hai.
